Restoration
Advisory Board

Restoration Advisory
Boards (RABs) exist at all federal closing installations and
at nonclosing installations where the local community expresses
interest. The RABs are a forum for exchange of information and
partnership among citizens, the installation, and regulatory
agencies.
In
1998, RFAAP and local citizens formed a RAB. RFAAP provides
information to and solicits comments/concerns from the RAB regarding
site cleanup activities. In June 2017, due to the RFAAP cleanup program maturity, the RAB agreed that meetings would occur as needed. RFAAP apologizes to those who showed up on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, to attend the RAB meeting. It was an old date that should have been removed when the meeting schedule changed.
RAB meetings, when scheduled, are to be held at:
The New River Valley Competitiveness Center
6580 Valley Center Drive
Radford, VA 24141
