Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) is owned by the U.S. Department of the Army and is operated by contractor BAE Systems Ordnance Systems, Inc.

• Investigation Phase Executing Agency: RFAAP executes its own Installation Restoration Program
• Remedial Design/Action Phase Executing Agency: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District, as well as some interim actions conducted through RFAAP
